Service Cancellation Period
Clients may request cancellation before creative work has started.

Once a project has entered the design, development, or production stage, cancellation requests may be subject to review based on the amount of work already completed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
* The project has not yet started.
* The client cancels the service before any creative work begins.
* A technical issue prevents delivery of the agreed service and cannot be reasonably resolved.
Refunds are generally not available when:
* Creative work has already started.
* Customized design concepts, drafts, or digital materials have been created.
* The client changes their mind after project development has begun.
* The delivered work matches the agreed project requirements.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within approximately **3 business days** after approval.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in the account.
Service Revisions
For eligible creative projects, we may provide reasonable revisions according to the agreed project scope.
Requests that exceed the original project requirements may require additional fees or a new agreement.
Digital Delivery
Our services are delivered digitally. Final design files, creative materials, or project deliverables may be provided through email, online file-sharing platforms, or other agreed digital delivery methods.
Because digital creative services cannot be physically returned, cancellation and refund eligibility are based on project progress and service completion status.
